Cause the Entercom Fall Harvest commences tomorrow! Every year, almost, the folks at Entercom Greensboro get to show off their cooking skills with a potluck lunch. I am talking crazy amounts of food from some very talented cooks. The big boss awards cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in 3 categories. I have created a butterscotch carmel haystack cake.....I am not sure my dessert can compete against some of the folks I will be up against. But man oh man am I ready to grub!!!
